How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why the quote is fixed before we start. You describe the problem and we come back within 3 business days with the scope, the timeline and the price.
How long does it take?
MVP: 4 to 8 weeks. Internal systems depend on the number of workflows. Delivery happens in one week cycles, with a test environment open to you from the start.
Who owns the code in the end?
You use the system however you want, for as long as you want, with nothing more to pay for that. The source code stays with OpenSeed, who maintains and evolves it. Your data and your domain are yours. Need the source code in your hands? Say so before closing: it changes the shape and the price of the proposal.
Do you work outside Ribeirão Preto?
Yes. In person in Ribeirão Preto, Sertãozinho, Cravinhos and Jardinópolis. Other cities, remote, with the same follow up meetings.
What is AI at the core?
It means applying AI where it removes manual work: an agent that queries the system and resolves a request, automatic reading of invoices and contracts, plain language search over company data. When a simple script is the better answer, we say so in the proposal.
